Greg and I have always loved the name Lucy...
Ellie was almost a Lucy, but it didn't flow well with her middle name - "Sue" (same as mine).
We've always referred to another possible girl in our family as "Lucy"....so, the name was a given!
Lucy's Chinese name does not carry significant meaning...."The seventh of the Ten Heavenly Stems in Chinese Zodiac" and "cloud".
We wanted her middle name to have special meaning and represent her beauty. We researched and knew instantly when we saw it....
Mei - "youngest of sisters", "beautiful" and "plum"....we loved it!!!
